Repair to Nokia 925 - cracked screen

Sent in my daughters phone for repair as it stated it could be returned with in 48 hours. I paid for the DHL collection and was told I could have it urned to another address at no extra(as i was then on holiday). Sent the phone in and I had to chase for 2 days before I could talk to anyone as the link they gave me did not work. quoted cost £90 + £17 for the DHL service. I then find out there was 'more' damage than the screen - no one explanned to me the issue other than it would cost an extra £60 total so as they already had the phone I agreed to have the phone repaired.

I kept calling to say I was having issues with the web site and could not log on and when I called they were not ever friendly to the point of Rude! it took 2 weeks to get the phone returned and when I asked them to to return to a different address than the collection address they charged me another £5 - this hacked me off as they had stored my bank card details and just took the money

Don't get me wrong the phone came back and works fine, however they did not explain anything in detail and the feeling was they had my phone so could just increase the cost.

Please before you send your phone look around as there are a lot of companies out there, I feel stupid for trusting them and I have since had to change my card details as they kept them on record or they would not have been able to take the extra £5 out so the phone went from £80 cost to £195 including vat!
