I sent an iTouch to have the headpone jack repaired, Sadly it came back broken. The iTouch wouldn't work, just kept rebooting. I emailed the company twice to log my complaint.
After a couple of weeks I phoned the company to explain my problem, At first they couldn't find my file or even the two emails I sent. Then the man left me on hold whilst he talked to his mate. (They really should put the phone on mute)
In the end they asked me to send my iTouch back to have a diagnostics check for a fee. I complained that I shouldn't have to pay again.
Instead of sending my iTouch back I sent the company a letter expressing my dissatisfaction of their customer service and repairs. After a while they sent me an email saying that as the fault was different from the original fault it wasn't there problem.
Sadly nothing has happened since.
