Sent my phone in for a water damage repair, unfortunately before reading these reviews (a mistake I won't make again). After being assured it would take no longer than 3 days by "Simon", after 2 weeks I got an email saying it was not economical to repair and they would advise me not to do so.
When I received it back, the rear cover was not mine, I had marked parts inside so I would know what was replaced. Sure enough some were swapped out. I can only assume they took working parts out.
I have no idea how these crooks are in business.
