Sent I pod with small crack in screen.after 7 days and no update on tracking service rang up to be told I had to pay for extra repairs or they would send it back in a worse state than it was. Felt like i was being conned but had to pay to get it back it was dispatched an hour after paying so now know I was conned. Unhelpful and rude staff please don't use!!!
