I sent my Ipod to MBlue to have the head jack replaced which i was told would take 2-3 working days. After 5 days I contacted them to find out what was happening and was told they were waiting on a part. Fast forward another 10 days and still no ipod. Phoned them every 2-3 days to find out what was going on and each and every time was fobbed off with either waiting on a part or it was going out the next day. Finally arrived today and the headjack is repaired but I am now unable to lock it and is constantly coming on. Phoned them and was informed I could post it back at a cost to myself and they would look at it! I am furious and could honestly say don't send your ipod to this company.
