Do not use this site they entice you with what they suggest your phone could be worth but when they receive it they always always suggest cosmetic damage that is not there - this has now happened on 2 phones I have sent - my recommendation use an alternative recycling site who will be more truthful to their customers -

i sent a i phone 5s 16gb off to them the 16th of august 2016 they offered me £101 they sent me a email when receved,then a couple of hours later i receved a email saying they had made a offer of £70,i had 2 options to chose accept or decline so i declined and told them to send the phone back,after 30 mins they came back to me and said they have been talking to the manager and they offered me £90 now,i had to accept because it was to much messing around for £11,this phone was in a1 condition,this company are just rob dogs they dont give you what is quoted,people take my advice sell to someone else
