I will never use this company ever again. Absolute joke and should not be allowed to trade. Sent my phone to them over a month ago and no sign of my funds in my bank account. It was only today the 12th Jan they decided to pay up. This was after numerous calls to them asking where the hell my money was. Kept getting fobbed off with we are catching up after the Christmas period. Funds will be transferred by midnight. This was everytime I rang. I decided to ring and make a formal complaint to trading standards regarding igadgets recycling. I will never recommend to anyone to use these rip offs. Stay well clear unless you want to be messed around. Also be told your phone is not worth the amount that was first said. Apparently my phone was not in a good condition. So they offered alot less money than first said. Absolute disgraceful company.

I've gone to citizens advice and I'm going to write to watch dog. This company is a disgrace they should be closed down
