5 months ago, i was offered £64.00 for my Samsung S3, which was in immaculate condition, as it always kept in a good quality leather case. I accepted their offer, and i sent my phone in the packaging they had supplied, by recorded post via Royal Mail. One week later, i received an email, stating they will offer me £9, as the phone was not working, and a cheque had already been despatched.
The next day i rang them, only to be told the screen was smashed, and the phone was already recycled, i was told that they take pictures of all damaged deliveries, to date, i have not seen any evidence, despite my request.
Since that time, i was told an investigation had been filed with Royal Mail, and despite my constant efforts for an update, i have had no response from this organisation, which has proved to be the worst level of customer service, i have ever experienced.
