Took my perfectly working phone and told me it was completely broken.
In order to tell me it was completely broken, they first turned it on, saw that it was still locked to the iCloud, and asked me to remove it.
They then waited a week to tell me they couldn't turn it on at all.... go figure.
Avoid at all costs. Even tried to charge me £5 to get my phone back, despite saying it was free on their site.
