Shocking. Just shocking. Quoted 69 pounds for a Galaxy S2. Given 44 pounds with no indication as to why. I'm a very careful man when it comes to my belongings, I've never had to insure my mobile. My S2 had general wear and tear to it, few slight scratches around the edges, perfect screen though. I've never smashed a mobile phone screen, I've never even smashed a window. My payment was processed for less than agreed and all attempts at contact were ignored until after the lower payment was processed. They then forwarded me an e-mail that they claimed to have sent with the revised offer which I never initially received stating they did me the chance to decline. Is it a coincidence the only message they sent to me that I wasn't aware of was the one where I had the chance to decline? Hmm.
