Stay well clear!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service this company offers and like a previous comment states, they should be investigated by Watchdog!!! I sent my phone in 2 weeks ago, had a reply three days later saying that my phone had been received and that they were going to test it within 3 days and transfer the money to my account. 10 days later and after several emails sent to the company still no reply! After waiting in a queue to speak to someone about this issue for 30 minutes I finally got through to someone only to explain that my initial offer of £112 had been reduced to £72 just because of a few scratches on the screen (when it had few to none!) I then asked what's the situation about me having the phone back and they said it's already been recycled cos I didn't reply to their email which offered £72 (i never got this email!!!!!) absolutely disgusted is an understatement and I've had no choice but to take the lowered offer. Please stick to reputable companies such as envirofone etc. I will not be making the mistake of using these again!!
