Best avoid this company. I sent my phone over 8 weeks ago, they changed the value on the phone by £40 less than already agreed. Had to phone and sit in long ques to get an answer several times of 40+ mins each time. After 8 weeks finally received a cheque for it to BOUNCE! Then they wanted proof of this?? Surely they can tell from their bank, if a cheques not cashed. Absolutely shocking service, I'm so frustrated as I've still not got my money. They've sold on my phone so I can't have it back either. Please don't use this company, or do so at your own risk of not getting paid for your gadget! If I could have given this company zero stars I would have, one star is far too generous in my opinion.
