i have had the worsted experience ever, i ordered my jiffy bag on the 24th march and on the 18th april I still haven't received my money. i checked the phone over before i sent it and it was always in a case but i get told there was a scratch on the front and back so they reduced the amount but i was cornered because for me to get the phone back it was cost me a £5 but the sale was only £19. I've had ring on the 7, 14 and 17th April. I also sent an email on the 4th April and i got told they never received it. i wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
