The first part was quick and easy and I was happy to accept the reduced offer due to marks I had on the screen and case.
They then sent me an email letting me know that payment will be made within 5working days. After the 7th working day I tried to get back in touch with them but no one got back to me. I emailed both addresses that was on the website but no one replied. I got a bit worried as their communication was very good up until then. So i tried calling them the phone rang but no one answered. 2weeks later still nothing. By then i was sending daily emails and calling then 3times a day but still no answer.
3weeks had gone by so I sent them one last email and told them that if no one would get back to me I will be taking further action. They replied first thing the following morning telling me that my cheque will be posted out in 48hours. Finaly it arrived a couple of days later.
Would never use again or recommed to anyone!!
