First of all a revised offer. Sort of expected that as I had actually used the phone. But after agreeing to that, it has now been 10 working days without payment. Going to report them to trading standards for misleading customers. They do say allow 5 working days what they do not tell you is the other days for payment to be processed by them. And when you call them to see what's happening either you can't get hold of them due to their offices only been open 10 til 4. They haven't got a clue what's going on. I've had the same excuse a few times 'it's processing' awful.
