I was 65 pounds for my galaxy S2. When they got it they claimed there was a problem with the bezel and reduced offer by 22 pounds. I sent them photos of the phone on the day I sent it to them, showing the phone was fine, which they didn't even acknowledge. I accepted the offer on the basis it was would cost me to get my phone back. I then had to chasse them and waited well over the 5 working days they claim for payment. Rip off, with no customer service whatsoever.
