Before I decided to send my phone to iGadgets Recycled I rang up the company to ask if I would still receive the £70 for non-working and described the problems with my phone, whereupon the (quite rude) staff member assured me that of course I would, because that's what it says on the website...I then sent in my phone and received an email a few days later saying they could only pay me £30 due to all of the problems with my phone, which happened to be the exact problems I had said about over the phone. This isn't even my main issue with the company; I decided to just take the £30 as it's better than nothing. The problem is that I sent my phone to them in September and now in mid-February I still have not received payment, despite numerous phone calls with staff, who all seem pleasant enough but give me no valid reason as to why I have not been paid.
