I read reviews of this company before sending my phone back and noticed people saying they don't honour the price and tell you the phone is damaged. Knowing my phone was in absolute pristine condition, I thought I would still use.

About 3 days after receiving my phone, I received an E-mail telling me the phone was damaged and offered me considerably less. Like most people, I couldn't be bothered to argue with them or get the phone back, so just accepted their offer.

They informed me the damage was to the screen, and I know for a fact that it was absolutely pristine, it was used always with a good quality screen guard.

10 days after accepting their offer, I'm still waiting for the money to hit my account.

Terrible company, I implore you not to use them, unless you like dealing with dodgy company's who use sharp practice.

Bad, awful, terrible, appalling, rubbish - should I add more?
