I sent off my iphone 4 after receiving an online quote for £127. The phone was in very good condition with a few minor scratches on the back and it more than met the criteria listed on the website for a used working condition phone. I received an email from iGadgets a few days later stating that due to damage to the phone they would only offer £45. I called and clarified with a representative what the damage was and she informed me that it was damaged pixels on the screen. I knew this to be untrue and requested the phone be sent back (incurring a £5 charge), wondering whether it had been damaged in the post. I have since received it and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the screen, it is working as new and it is clear that iGadgets will stoop to dishonesty in order to encourage you to accept an offer well below the value of your phone. Avoid at all costs.
