Sent off a perfectly good Blackberry in working order with a few minor scratches but nothing more than day to day use. I was original offered £65 when I looked on their site as I considered the phone in reasonable condition. Received an email this morning to say the phone has "significant" damage and offered only £31. The phone is in good condition. There is no damage. The best part is also that if I did nor respond within 2 days they would proceed as though I accepted their offer. If I was on holiday and not have access to email this would have been done and I would have been ripped off.
This outfit is trying it on by showing a reasonable price and then offering a far lower price once they receive the phone and hope that you will accept their offer. Thankfully I live nearby and went to collect the phone. Best part is: I had to collect the phone from the main reception at the industrial estate where they are. They don't take callers and are not listed on the estate information board. Anyone reading: Avoid like the plague!
