I was a little concerned about selling my 2 mobiles to a recycle company, wondering if the price would be lower than quoted or whether the whole process would take weeks. With RPC no such worries. They received my phones on a Monday,sent me a email to confirm this, then another on the same day to confirm my phones met the quote and that they would b paying the funds into my account and finally a email to say they had paid the funds into my account. These funds appeared straight away and all within one day. Quite simply outstanding customer service. Well done RPC.
