Site looks professional, however no payment after 2 weeks of sending the old handset. I tried calling but message stated no one available to take the call whatever time I tried. I then had to submit two emails via the contact form before any acknowledgement was made. I then received an email back the following day stating payment would be made within 2 days and apologies for the delay. The company put it down to an automative fault?
I suspect that if I hadn't pursued the matter I wouldn't have received a payment, therefore average rating.
