Possibly the worst phone recycling company I've dealt with. They suck you in with an offer higher than other companies. Then when they have your phone they invent faults with it to reduce the price. My Galaxy S3 was immaculate. It had never been used without a case or screensaver. Amazingly by the time it arrived it at developed paint chips!

The offer went from 95 to 63 which I told them to shove it. I paid the £3 to have my phone returned via PayPal. Two days later I received an email offering me 75.

At this point I was beginning to lose the will with it (all part of their plan I would imagine) and accepted.

Surprisingly that was over 3 weeks and at least 6 phones calls later still no payment.

The PayPal payment was never claimed so I guess they must follow a set plan of making offers. Which you are in a know win situation as they already have your phone

AVOID at all costs.
