I was quoted a price of £76 for a Samsung Galaxy S2 in full working order, the phone had a few minor scratches/marks to the back and sides (what would be classed in most peoples minds as 'fair wear and tear'). I received an email from RPC to say upon evaluation the phone had been re-valued, so I rang up to be told the phone had "excessive" scratches/marks and was only worth £56.20. I asked them to re-assess their valuation, which they did and revised their offer to £60.32, still nearly £16 less than advertised. Based on the condition of the phone, they are trying it on in my mind and they know they can get away with it because in most situations it is not worth paying the £3 to get the phone returned and pay more postage to sell elsewhere. Would not use again!
