Got a price of £119 for a Blackberry 9930, when they received it, they revised the offer to £89, quoting extremely minor scratches as the reason - what do they expect, it's a used phone, if it was brand new I would have sold it as such. In order to convince you to accept their revised offer, they also charge £3 processing in order to return the phone if you decline.
However I was able to find another quote (direct from O2) which although lower than RPC's initial offer, was still higher than the revised one.
I wouldn't recommend RPC, unless you're happy to have your handset undervalued, and held to ransom.
