unfortunately like a lot of people I used this site before checking reviews as a mobile comparison site had them as the highest payout.
in a similar theme to the rest of these poor reviews, it is unlikely that you will receive the advertised offer, and more likely that your handset will have now developed a number of scratches/dents/chips to be downgraded along with your cash offer.
Don't want to take the cash offer - then there's a £10 handling charge and a battle to get your handset back anytime soon.
They company is very difficult to reach by phone, although they have a number of automated email responses ready to fire back at you when you do complain.
If you stumbled in here after being burnt by this lot then you have my sympathies... if you ended up in here prior to sending off your handset - use one of the bigger/more well known companies instead of chasing that extra £10...
