Initially what looked like a good deal, really wasn't. and the payment by BACS is slow!!

1: You may not get payed what you were shown on the website (deductions for damage, unlike others). 2: They charge £10 handling fee if you do not want to sell.

They received my phone on 24/11, I was initially quoted £21 for my device. Later that day came a quote of "£14" due to scratches on the housing. Then the news it would cost me £10 handling if I didn't want to go ahead with the sale. £14 was about what other recycling deals were, so thought I may as well, no point losing £10 was there.

Anyway, here I am on 2/12 , 8 Days later, and no payment by BACS. I even received an apology email today saying it would be in my account by 6PM, Nope!!

BACS is normally instant payment (I pay my staff with it). There was no reason why it wasn't in my account on the 25th.

Waste of time, Effort, and journey to the post office.
