Be aware of this Company

Don't beileve the the price they quote on there website and by email as no matter what condition your phone is in they will always say there is something wrong with it and offer you less. If you are one of the lucky ones to get paid it will only be after a lot of phone calls and emails.
My IPhone 5s was as new, Believe me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it and like everyone else they came back making an excuse that something was wrong with it so made me a lower offer, When I asked them to send it back they up the offer.
After saying no to that offer they made another offer.Which was still lower than O2 had offered me I asked when I would receive payment if I accepted this offer and was told payment would be made within 48Hrs. I did accept this offer on condition payment was made in 48hrs.
I was worried if I did manage to get my phone back what condition it would be in now and would it had been my phone. Payment did not materialise so had to chase them up again and give them a deadline or if they did not wish to purchase my phone to return it within 24hrs I was informed that payment would be made within 24hrs Thankfully payment was made.
So take my advice don't waste your time dealing with this company unless you are happy to put up with a lot of Aggro as they will not pay you what they first offer, and you wont get paid in the time scale they say on there website That's if you get paid at all. Also I am still waiting to get my cash back on Quidco Bernie
