I was cancelling my contract with O2 due to poor coverage in my office and the advisor on the phone asked if I'd like a quote for how much I'd get for recycling my old iPhone 5S. The quote came up as £53 which was about what I'd expected to receive elsewhere so I went ahead. It was really simple; I received a package with a little box to put the phone in, a packing bag and an addressed label with postage paid. I wrapped everything up and took it to the post office to get proof of posting. A couple of days later I got an email explaining that they would actually be paying £85 for the phone! Soon after the money was transferred to my bank account.

All in all this was really quick and easy and I was obviously happy to come away with £30 more than anticipated. I've already recommended this service to a friend.
