The customer services advisor talked through the O2 recycle scheme thoroughly and was able to help with any questions that I had. The recycle pack was posted to me and I received it the very next day and posted my old mobile quickly once the packaging was received and the bank transfer was complete within 2 working days of receiving the pack. I really couldn't fault the speed it customer service I have reduced. I would thoroughly recommend the service.
