Recently upgraded from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6. The iPhone 5 was then surplus to requirements. I was offered a £75 trade in for my old phone but last time I did this I found that O2 offered a better price. I thought I'd check with them again & indeed it was a better offer - £92. The phone was dropped off at the shop on Tuesday & a cheque arrived at home on Saturday.

My only slight anxiety is that the receipt for the phone arrives by e-mail - which was intercepted by my spam filters - perhaps a paper receipt would offer a better alternative? I cant be alone in having that issue.
