Occasionally the staff member came across a little muffled. However all in all I was very satisfied with the call I received and the professionalism of the O2 staff. Everything was explained, and at one point I asked for the finer details of the new contract to be explained to my partner and even my partner was happy with the way she was dealt with during the call. For the first time in quite some time I actually felt like a member of O2 staff was trying to help me get a better deal and in general help me to get a better understanding of the situation. In the past I've had O2 staff make me feel like I just want to turn my back on O2 and walk away. However after the call I received on Wednesday in glad I chose to stay.
