Quick way to turn your junk into cash

I was really impressed with how simple the 02 recycle process was. Customer service valued my phone and told me how I could get for it and let me know there was an offer on 02 priory moments so I could even get a little more.
All the packaging was sent through with clear instructions and pre paid postage to send it back.
Good communication let me know where my parcel was at, when it arrived and when I could expect the money,
The only annoying part was being almost 'over communicated' to as received all this information twice via email and text. One way would have been enough.
But very happy that my money was in my account when they said it would get it.
The only other improvement would have been to know that the packaging was being sent to me in the post. This wasn't made clear to me and I almost had to ring and find out how to send my phone back but luckly it arrived in the post before I could.
Overall very happy with the 02 recycle service and I would use it again in the future and recommend it to others.
