One Satisifed Customer!

I am exceptionally please with the service i received at 02 when recycling my phone. I decided that i no longer wanted an iphone 5s and was in desperate need of going back to a samsung! at 02 this procedure was made easy and was done very quick! Everything was explained properly and clearly which made me feel more comfortable about the whole transaction. I will remain a loyal customer with 02 for a very long time. I also liked the fact that all my data was transferred to new phone as this is the part i hate most about getting a knew phone. i was fortunate enough to know all of the info before hand through using 02 chat online. I think this is a gret way of being able to change handsets with ease, the only thing i would suggest is that the price you get for the recycled phone should be determinded by the model (possibly a set price), but also by the condition of the phone and how long the customer has had the handset, this could be determined by following some sort of criteria. overall v pleased with the 02 recycle scheme.
