Got a new contract phone with O2 and the member of staff in the call centre reminded me about recycling my old phone for the good of the environment and my wallet.
After going through the details and condition of my phone the member of staff confirmed the price I would get for my phone and said they would send out the necessary paperwork and box for me to package my phone up and send it to them. It could not be simpler, I was sceptical.
As promised the paperwork and box came in the post for me to package up my phone once I had followed the clear instructions and send it to the O2 shop in the sky for a better after life.
Then off my phone goes and days later the money was sat in my bank and quicker than it had appeared my missus made it disappear.
Great service all round!!
