I had a 2 year old Galaxy SII in good condition valued at £48 ... I sent it off to 02 Recycle and they offered me £9.50. The reason being problems with the LCD display .... Well apparently they put it on a test bed and the LCD wasn't like new .... in other words colours/brightness had deteriorated - What do you expect with a 2 year old phone I ask ???? compared to my S4 the screen looed okay to me and showed no faults.

I asked for the phone back.
