I'm staggered at the reviews here, pages and pages of 1*.

I've used O2 Recycle for three phones over the course of 12 months (2 iPhones and 1 Android Wildfire). Each time I was paid the quoted price, with never any hint of a reduction.

The iPhones were pristine and only the Android showed some use, but even then I wasn't knocked down from the quote.

Payment speed wasn't bad either. I sent my iPhone4S yesterday (via Special Delivery) and I've just had an email saying my full quoted price is getting paid today via 'faster transfer' bank payment. I honestly cannot fault them at all.
