Sent of iphone 4, slight crack on the cover. They responded with an offer 25% lower then quoted due to a cracked screen! I replied saying a replacement back is less then £58 (the 25% reduction). But they were adamant it was the screen, this was of course the lady on the phone who hadnt even seen my mobile. Anyways apparently they are going to send it back to me recorded delivery. I will replace the back and then send the phone else where. Absolutely shocking customer service, and unwilling to get someone to take another look at the phone.
