“very angry with this company”

i sent off for my phone to be valued. They sent the free post envelope very quickly but it took them 2 weeks to reply with a quote. They then sent me a text and email with a quote, which i was happy with but it has been nearly 2 weeks and i have still not received payment. I've emailed but no one has responed. I tried ringing but no one answers!!!! It goes to answer machine but isn't money4urmobile answer phone message but another company?! Starting to think this is a scam!
