I sent in a phone that was in good order, screen and case included. I wrapped in in bubble wrap and sent it in the bag provided, by Special Delivery.
I was offered £115 for my Samsung Galaxy II
The report came back that the phone's screen was scratched and that the case was cracked - all of which was not so when I dispatched it. The new offer was for £60. Since I could not speak to anybody or send them an email, I accepted their offer because I had already spent £6.50 to send the phone to them, and there was no point in them sending me back my phone after it had been damaged.
