Was a bit hesitent to begin with as there are some mixed reviews but overall service was good.
Sold my ipad and got the price as quoted. Item was mint condition so would have not have accepted any less.
Only bad thing to say is service is slow, made my order 25/5/13 (sent monday) & got paid today 12/6/13. The website was updated during this time & could not access my order online. Also I was constanly emailing them to check the status of my order as I could not track it online.
Think the moral of the story is if the item is mint you will get price as quoted but they will knock money off for any scratches. But I think this is the same policy for most mobile phone recyling places maybe? Also be prepared to chase them.
