Not sure how they are allowed to still operate like this, looks like I'm not alone, wish more people would read the review before trusting these criminals. Sent off my expensive phone to them nearly a year ago and still got nothing. Tried different ways of contacting them, even reported them to the fraud police but nothing happened. They are still scamming people out of their hard earnt money. Avoid avoid avoid!

Sent my son's old Blackberry to them Nov '13, now April '14 & nothing. Very quick to send through to me pre-paid envelope for phone! Sent off, received courtesy email couple weeks later to say receiving high volumes of phones, may take a while to process. Emailed them month later but no reply. Read reviews, hey presto - all bad! Now my emails come back as undeliverable. Do not use - completely dodgy. Teaches me to do my research beforehand; luckily my son's old phone was completely wrecked but that's not the point! Hopefully they'll get run over by a bus...

We sent 5 phones including 2 HTC models that were only a year or two old. Gutted!!! We were relying on that money to carry us through what has been an extremely lean January. Disgusted, disgusted disgusted!!

Sent an iphone 4 November 2013, quoted £105 for it. Had a letter prior to Christmas 2013 saying it would take 10 days to process. Not long after, the site disappeared, and needless to say I've seen no money. DO NOT USE AT ALL!

As with everyone else I sent off my phone mid November hoping to get money for Christmas and the same as everyone else I can't get in touch with them. I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them. I have reported them to Trading standards Watchdog and Rouge Traders. This company needs to be closed down immediately.

I have had the same experience. Sent a blackberry curve in November and was quoted a price of £35, received an email to confirm receipt of phone, but have had no payment, I have left 3 messages and still no reply, Avoid at all costs. :(

If only I had read the other reviews from this page, this website needs reporting to trading standards! I sent my blackberry curve almost 2 months ago now and told I would get £30 for it. I haven't received one penny and there is no where to e-mail them either. Glad it was only a rubbish blackberry I sent off and not an I-phone!

I paid to have my mobile screen repaired under insurance, as if I sold it in perfect condition to this company I would get 3x the value against what I would get if I sent it in with a cracked screen. 2 Months later, still no payment although last time I could log into my account it read 'payment pending' after my phone had passed the inspection. Website now shut down altogether £120 out of pocket right before Christmas. I have reported them to the Action Fraud team & considering contacting trading standards followed by MCOL. They are a sister company to cash4phones recently seen on BBC's watchdog programme for their appalling conduct as a business. Fingers crossed they get what's coming to them!

i sent off my phone at the beginning of November thinking it was a good site. got a email saying payment pending and i haven't heard anything since! i am very annoyed at this! even thou its a blackberry curve it was still £30 that ive lost! i am unable to get onto there website also! is there anything we can do to get our phone back?

So my review is pretty much the same as everyone elses! Sent my phone off at the end of November & have heard nothing from them. Now I can't get on their website. Has anyone had money from them? I wish I had looked into them before sending!

Just the same story that everyone is experiencing, sent my phone off after being offered a good price, they were quick to send the packaging to send my phone to them, after a week I got an email to say 'Good news - blah blah blah' then nothing from them at all expect my account status changed to Payment pending.

I sent my mobile off end of nov and have heard nothing From them at all! Tried calling but get no response...

Received confirmation that the company had taken delivery of my sony xperia three weeks ago. It then claimed payment usually took 10 working days. I fully appreciate that the overall turnaround time may well take longer at this time of year but what makes me very suspicious is the 'contact us' info provided on the site. Firstly, I used the online form. After hitting the submit button after repeated attempts I received only messages stating an error had occurred. I then tried resetting the password for my account but the company never emails a link to enable this. I am going to fake-sell another phone to get another envelope which I will send something else entirely by recorded delivery. I will then contact trading standards. At the end of the day, I would beat someone to a pulp if they tried to take my mobile in the street so i'm not going to relent here either.
