I sent 2 Samsung Galaxy 2 phones on Nov 04 2013 heard nothing until I wrote a letter to them after speaking to Trading Standards they acknowledged that they received my phones on Nov 18 and payment has been pending since then I have again written to them and still no response. I am now going to seek legal advice as I intend to take them to the Small Claims Court I am going to speak to Trading Standards again today. I feel like driving down to there office and demanding my money. How can they treat people like this and get aaway with it.
