Was offered £92 for my Apple Iphone, it was in perfect working order and not even a scratch on the screen, only changed it because I was due an upgrade, just received an email saying they were offering me £17 because there were considerable cracks or pixel problems, a generic diagnosis, I have asked for it to be returned, I'm absolutely disgusted.

Just reading a few of these reviews and this seems to be the norm, I have used Fonebank in the past and don't know why I didn't just use them this time. Think I'll drop Vodafone an email as they are using these cowboys for their buy back service, I think they need to know.

Just hoping my phone comes back to me in the condition it was sent, feel completely disgusted!
