This is my second experience using Mazuma. Their site is very easy to use & very helpful eg it tells you how to reset your phone & where to find the IMEI number. The communication is excellent. I received emails not only acknowledging my order but also telling me when my phone had been received and when the money had been paid into my account. I posted my phone on 21June & the money was in my account by 23 June!! I will certainly use Mazuma again & have recommended it to several friends.
