Sent phone on the 10th June with a value of £40 just received an email saying a £8.00 cheque in post. I contact them and was told I had screen burn, thus making a valuation of only £8.00 although the phone did work. They did say they had sent me an email and also tried to phone me, however I didn't receive either. I said If I had know I would have keep it as a spare one.
