I was offered £60 for my old iPad In Apple store when I upgraded. I was told I may get a lot more selling privately so I tried Mazuma as I had a good deal with my old iPhones. I was only offered £65 but I sent it off . I was then told it was faulty and advised a new price of £25 was now offered- despite Apple telling me it was fine. No way was it faulty when I sent it off well packaged! Very disappointed.

We can confirm your iPad was classed as Faulty due to having a faulty screen. There is a white mark in the display. Unfortunately, the entire screen needs replacing in order to repair.
We emailed you a Faulty offer with the option to have the iPad returned free of charge. You accepted the faulty offer and we made immediate payment.

I sent an iPhone 6plus in perfect condition I'd looked after my phone and always kept it in a case never in my back pocket. It certainly wasn't damaged when I posted it the original offer was for £240 yet they tried to say that the handset had a bend in the chassis and therefore they offered me £90. I know damned well it left in perfect condition with no bends. I have asked for the handset back and I doubt I will use them again
