The website was brilliant really quick and efficient I can't fault it, how ever once my package arrived I was told I only sent an I phone 5 instead of the 5s I had stated I would be sending. Now I know I've had a 5s for two years I paid more for the 5s but for the sake of efficency and argument in accepted the massive price drop .. a quick easy simple process would by the time all the back and forth happened would turn into a giant farce. In hindsight I regret my earlier decision and would love to know how my phone has miraculously changed in the post.
