Sent i phone5 which I had only had for 10 months and wanted to upgrade. Said it was worth £75 so I sent it off. They said that it was faulty - something to do with a light on the screen. Absolute rubbish. The phone was hardly used and looked after well. They offered me £27. Beware!!
