I find the whole process very easy. The postage bag arrives very quickly and instructions are clear. The price offered for the phone is fair. My only gripe with using Mazuma is the posting process. You are given two choices for posting. One is free and the other £7.15. According to Mazuma the free service includes tracking and insurance of £50 if the parcel is lost or damaged. However this is simply not true, the post office have to tell customers opting for the free service that there is no insurance and if the parcel is lost, there is no compensation. As my phone was worth £70 I had no choice but to pay the £7.15 postage so that the parcel was insured. If I had known this in advance I may have shopped around more for a better deal.

We're afraid you have been misinformed by the Post Office.

As per our posting instructions, our freepost service (Tracked Returns) includes free postage, free tracking and up to £50 loss and damage cover.
